Returns & Refunds

Change of mind/incorrect choice:

If you have had a change of mind or have chosen a product incorrectly, we can offer you store credit to the value of your product purchase, minus original postage cost. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return postage.

 

Faulty:

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving or as soon as you notice a fault. 
For minor faults, you will be offered a replacement. 
For major faults, you will be offered a replacement or refund. 
If your item cannot be replaced you will be offered a refund. 

 

Shipping Insurance:

Courier Shipping - For damage and loss coverage, please add shipping insurance to your order at the shopping cart.

Standard and Express Shipping - Damage and loss coverage is included up to $100.

 

Allergic reactions:

In the rare case that you have an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately. To return a product due to an allergic reaction you must provide a photo of the reaction and the product must be less than 20% used.

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not yet been dispatched. Order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not accept order cancellations for Pre-order items.

Appointment Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your facial appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by following the link in your appointment confirmation e-mail. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will need to pay a 20% deposit to confirm any future appointments made.

Unclaimed/returned parcels:

If your parcel is returned to us due to not being collected from the Post Office or from one of our Courier parcel collection providers or if an incorrect address has been provided, additional shipping costs apply for redelivery. Alternatively, if you don't want your parcel redelivered or if we cannot get in contact with you to arrange redelivery, you will be refunded minus original delivery charges and 10% restocking fee.

 

If you need to return a product, prior to returning please send an e-mail with the details of your purchase to: customerservice@bellederma.com.au

You will then be issued with a returns authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
